Seawater desalination equipment provides abundant fresh water resources for coastal cities and is a very popular seawater desalination equipment. The equipment is simple to operate and easy to maintain, as long as there is seawater and electricity, it can provide fresh water immediately after starting. With the increase of use time, the equipment also needs to be cleaned and maintained regularly, so how should the desalination equipment be cleaned? The following is an introduction to the standard cleaning method of seawater desalination equipment.
1. Rinse with RO produced water
Rinsing with RO produced water before washing can reduce the content of pollutants, thereby reducing the consumption of cleaning chemicals. After cleaning, use RO produced water to flush away the drugs in the components and pipelines.
2. Soak in cleaning solution beforehand
Regardless of the degree of pollution or scaling, pre soak each section with cleaning solution for 15 minutes to loosen most of the pollutants. Finally, transfer the soaked cleaning solution to the wastewater treatment tank and strictly prohibit returning to the cleaning tank. This step can prevent the liquid in the cleaning tank from being contaminated, open up blocked channels, and ensure even fluid distribution for the next cycle of cleaning. This step can be repeated several times.
3. Segmented cleaning
Avoid mutual contamination between the front and back sections.
4. Positive flow cleaning
The cleaning solution flows in from the component water inlet and out from the concentrated water outlet, circulating in and out of the cleaning component. Assemble a water inlet on/off valve to generate pulse cleaning for better results.
The seawater desalination equipment utilizes high-precision filtration of reverse osmosis membranes to remove various harmful substances from the raw water, making the effluent quality meet people's physical needs.
