1. Ensure the tank level: First, place the resin tank and salt tank on a solid foundation.
2. Install the water dispenser firmly at the bottom of the central pipe. Cut off and guide the corner at the upper end of the central pipe 0.5mm below the tank mouth, and then seal the central pipe mouth with tape to prevent resin leakage.
3. Evenly load the resin into the resin tank. Remove the sealing tape from the center tube, rinse and clean the upper part of the center tube and the end face of the resin tank with water, and apply silicone oil to the sealing ring of the center tube and controller.
4. Install the upper water distributor onto the control valve, and then insert the central pipe from the upper water distributor into the control valve. Carefully rotate the control valve clockwise until it is tightened onto the resin tank interface (or secured with a flange connection), ensuring that the center pipe is inserted into the valve body. The lower water distributor must be tightly connected to the center pipe, and attention should be paid to the upper water distributor, control valve, and center pipe. Prevent resin from escaping. The central pipe and control valve must be tight and leak proof, otherwise there may be hard water leakage.
5. Assembly of salt valve for boiler softening water equipment
Insert the stainless steel filter into the small copper accessory;
One end with a filter is connected to the salt suction interface of the control valve;
Insert the small copper fittings connecting the salt suction pipe to the valve body into the salt suction pipe and connect it to the plastic elbow;
The length of the saltwater pipeline connection should not exceed 2 meters and good sealing should be maintained;
Place the salt valve into the salt well of the salt tank, otherwise it will affect the regeneration effect of the water softener.
6. The connection length of drainage pipes should not exceed 6m, and soft plastic pipes should not be used. Affects the drainage effect.
