1. The integrated sewage treatment equipment cannot produce water normally

Reason: It may be that the contact with the oxidation tank, sedimentation tank, disinfection tank, sludge tank and other connecting pipes is blocked, and the general blockage is the peeling biofilm or the damaged elastic three-dimensional filler.

Solution: Dredge the pipe in time and clean up the blockage.

2. The effect of biofilm hooking is not obvious

Reason: The aeration of the contact oxide film is uneven, and the pumping of sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is not obvious.

Solution: Regularly check whether the aeration in contact with the oxide film is normal, check whether the sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is pumped to the tank, if it is normal, you can add an appropriate amount of sugar and urea to the pool.

3. The effluent quality of the integrated sewage treatment equipment is not up to standard, and the inlet water is too large

Causes: uneven aeration of the contact oxidation tank or long-term suspension of the contact oxidation tank, excessive sludge in the sedimentation tank, and the suspension of the disinfection device and the long-term failure to disinfect the water outlet.

Solution: Re-culture the biofilm, completely remove the sludge from the sedimentation tank, and clean the disinfection device and water outlet in a timely manner.

4. Uneven aeration in contact with the oxidation tank

Reason: The position of the outlet valve of the aeration fan is abnormal, and the aeration head is damaged. Solution: Adjust the outlet valve of the aeration fan in time and repair the aeration head.

5. Automatic control failure

Cause: The power supply is abnormal, and the supporting upgrade pump and aeration fan are damaged. Solution: Timely overhaul the power supply, check whether the current is too large, and whether the switch is disconnected.

6. The noise of the integrated sewage treatment equipment is too loud during operation

Cause:

(1) The pressure rises due to pipeline blockage;

(2) Vibration caused by improper installation of belt cover;

(3) Motor bearing wear;

(4) Dust enters the fan and causes grinding;

(5) No lubricating oil;

(6) Poor lubrication;

(7) Loose V-pulleys;

(8) V-belt slippage.

Solution(s):

(1) Clean or replace the pipeline;

(2) Reinstall the belt cover

(3) Replace the bearing with a new one

(4) Dismantling and repairing the fan;

(5) Check the oil supply system;

(6) Clean the dripping nozzle and oil filter;

(7) fastening the top wire;

(8) Adjust the belt tension

7. The equipment is heated

Cause:

(1) Overload operation;

(2) The inlet filter of the fan is blocked;

(3) The fan rotor is biased;

(4) Cut off the lubricating oil;

(5) Belt slippage;

(6) Poor lubrication;

(7) Internal grinding of the fan.

Solution(s):

(1) Check whether the pipeline is blocked;

(2) Sweep the air filter;

(3) Gently tap the end cap with a wooden hammer;

(4) Replenish the oil and check the oil supply system;

(5) Adjust the belt tension;

(6) Change the oil and clean the drip nozzle and oil filter;

(7) Dismantle and inspect the fan.

8. The integrated sewage treatment equipment consumes oil too quickly

Cause:

(1) Overload operation;

(2) The air filter is blocked;

(3) Oil leakage, or oil evaporation and splashing caused by too high temperature.

Solution(s):

(1) Solve the pipeline system;

(2) Sweep the air filter;

(3) Check whether the fuel tank is in a closed state and whether it is rusty.
